Hello! I am Mrs. Waldner, and I am excited to be joining the Grade 2 team this year at WGH! Born and raised in Saskatchewan, I began my teaching career in 1999 in northern Saskatchewan on the Clearwater River Dene Nation. In 2001, I moved to Fort McMurray and began teaching with FMPSD. Over the years, I have been grateful for the opportunity to teach a wide variety of grades, ranging from Kindergarten through Grade 10.

Each year, I feel so blessed to learn and grow alongside the students in my care. When I am not teaching or catching up on schoolwork, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love playing games, camping, traveling to visit extended family, sharing special family suppers, and enjoying cozy movie nights together.

I look forward to the new adventures of learning and joy that this school year will bring!
